Director of HR & Recruiting
Gail brings to IMP, over 15 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner and Recruiter. Gail works with IMP's management team to identify qualified candidates and staff our engagements with a diverse mix of investment management technology professionals. She maintains the integrity of the recruiting process, and leads the vetting of our candidates through various styles, skills, and values-based assessments. Gail is also responsible for ensuring that new employees are thoroughly on boarded, that our staff is compliant with IMP's policies and procedures, and that the tools are in place to facilitate continuous improvement through professional training and development.
Prior to joining IMP, Gail worked in technology, as well as the healthcare consulting industry. In the past, she has had the opportunity to partner with the leadership in both start-up environments and in well-established global firms. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
