Jane Stabile, Principal

Jane has more than 22 years of experience as a leader in project management and best practices in the financial services industry. Prior to launching IMP Consulting, Jane served as a senior implementation manager with Charles River Development (CRD), where she developed an outstanding track record for leading successful implementations. She applied that experience to create and lead the Implement Best Practices seminars for CRD’s user conferences and develop IMP’s proven six-step implementation methodology. Prior to CRD, Jane was part of a select team of key account managers at Thomson Financial that had responsibility for PORTIA’s marquee accounts and worked directly in cash management and electronic payments at Bank of Boston where she maintained a CCM designation. Jane also worked for sponsors of limited partnerships, holding NASD licenses 6, 22 and 63. Jane holds a BS in Business Management from Lesley College and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University.

Leveraging more than two decades of investment and technology expertise, Jane leads IMP, focusing on key constituents such as portfolio managers, traders and Compliance and Operations professionals. Jane’s team brings a depth of understanding of decision support and trading workflows that allows them to effectively communicate with the front office and capture the workflows critical to the successful operation of the line of business.
